My dad needs to know the name of a tiny screw- type device for his bike. It's part of a fastener, and i put a link to a picture of it, but the name is not enclosed. We're on a bit of a time crunch, and please answer if you have ANY idea what you call this. Thanks.

what we're looking for is on page 21, just scroll down and it is number 13 number 027325. It's really tiny.|||I can't tell what it is, other than, as you've said, you put a bolt through it to hold things together.
It is cited two other times on that page (#28 and #21), however, and is included in the spare parts kit #594922*
