Can a man wear women's ring?

Recently I started to search for rings for myself. I want(ed) a ring that probably I won't see on somebody else. But here in Hungary there are so few of men's rings it's real pain to even find any. And accidentaly I found out there may be rings at MontBlanc store. So asked they showed me 2 (looks almost the same), i asked if its men ring, they said yes. But the main site says it's a women ring. What should I do? I like it, but is it acceptable? So here are the two rings:

Its a bit bad angle, but basicly it's two rings on top of each other, it has a rotating mechanism so the outer ring is moving. So opinions?|||I think it looks bad ***. Doesn't look feminine at all, very sleek and masculine in my opinion.|||I think its quite safe to say, Men can wear this ring, its simple with a slight twist to it, it has a unisex feel to it, I think its very nice personally and would purchase myself, SO go ahead treat yourself and do not worry what the site says, the lady in the store told you that men can wear this! so buy it dude!
